All manuscripts should be sent via one of the two delivery mechanisms:
1. Electronically: Microsoft Word documents for text; high-resolution .jpg or .tif files for images. All correspondence to senior managing editor Jennifer Ford at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please send image files attached to a separate email from the email containing the article file.
2. Via mail or shipping service: CD-ROM should contain Microsoft Word documents for text, high-resolution .jpg or .tif files for graphics. All correspondence to: Jennifer Ford; PentaVision LLC, 321 Norristown Road, Suite 150, Ambler, PA 19002; Attn: Retinal Physician; phone: 215-628-7748. Manuscripts should be double-spaced, and fully referenced. Title page should include author affiliations, financial disclosure, and contact information.
References should be cited as per the AMA Manual of Style.
All figures must be referenced within the text, accompanied by complete legends, and be either free from copyright or, if previously published, accompanied by the proper permissions or contact information to obtain those permissions.
Images should be a minimum of 5” wide by 5” long at a resolution of 266 dpi. If you are interested in our considering an image of yours for the cover of Retinal Physician, it must be at least 7” x 7” at 266 dpi.

With each submission, Retinal Physician requires that authors list financial relationships (including but not limited to employment, contract work, stock ownership, honoraria, paid testimony) or other conflicts of interest that would jeopardize the credibility of works published in Retinal Physician.
Statement of Informed Consent
Retinal Physician does not publish identifying information, including patient names, initials, or hospital numbers, unless the information is essential for scientific purposes and the patient (or parent or guardian) gives written informed consent for publication.
